Molly Gordon has over 20 years of experience coaching entrepreneurs and business owners to master the inner and outer games of leading successful businesses. She is known for her quick intelligence, lively sense of humor, and extensive practical experience.
Molly is known to many founders of the profession as a “coach’s coach.” A visionary, she regards coaching as both an expression and means of individual and collective evolution. A pragmatist, she is committed to grounding that vision in the cultivation of coaches who embody both artistry and technical skill for the sake of producing in their clients the insight and self-regulation they need to lead, adapt, and innovate
Molly is an instructor and mentor coach for the University of Miami (Coral Gables) Professional Coaching Certificate Program, 7 Paths Forward, ClientWise, and Coach Masters Academy. She was a founding member and first president of ICF Washington State and is the recipient of the 2015 ACES Award (Advancement of Coaching Excellence and Service).
Molly lives near the shores of Puget Sound with her husband (whom she refers to without a shred of irony as The Charming Prince), three cats (Princess Catalina, Lady Isabella Squeak, and Scoutmaster Sophie), and two hens (Morticia and Elvira).
“Molly Gordon is a breath of fresh air in the world of coaching. She’s a master coach that brings depth, wisdom, and authenticity to her craft. Unlike many coaches who often tout quick fixes and high-pressure sales, Molly invites you into the power of your own truth and knowing. Through this centered place, you can become an unstoppable force for taking inspired action in service of what truly makes you feel alive and on purpose. My work with Molly helped me to transform my business and my life in exceptional ways.” ~Terra Christoff, Women’s Inspired Work & Life Coach
