Alexander Caillet is an organizational psychologist, consultant, executive coach and team coach internationally known for his pioneering approach to team coaching and his state-of-mind research with organizational leaders.
He is the CEO of Corentus, a coaching and consulting organization dedicated to transforming teams. Over the past 25 years his work with corporations, private businesses, NGOs, nonprofits, and government agencies has spanned more than 30 countries across five continents.
Alexander is on the faculty of Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership and is a frequent international speaker on the subjects of change, teams, team coaching, and leadership. He is the co-author of the newly released mini-book “An Introduction to Corentus Team Coaching”. He received a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a M.A. in Organization Psychology from Columbia University. He is a dual citizen of France and the United States and is fluent in English, French, and Spanish. He currently resides in Boston, MA with his wife and three daughters.
Alexander believes no team can be high performing all the time. It is an unrealistic expectation. The key is that real teams will notice when they are in lower states of performance, they will notice when they are off their mark and they will self-regulate to get back to a state of high performance. A coach, a team coach, can be in service to the team leader and the team by helping them see how, what and why they are doing that moves them in a direction of being high performing or moves them away from being high performing.
