Bio: As an RN and Intuitive Eating Coach, Tiffany helps women with disordered eating to finally heal their relationship with food so they gain freedom, balance and satisfaction. She helps clients to stop the binge/shame/restrict cycle.
Through Intuitive Eating, clients begin to fully nourish themselves (mind, body and spirit) so they feel great and have the energy to do what they want to do. Tiffany’s passion is helping women stop wasting their precious energy drained by the food and body struggle so that they can use their energy to be powerful leaders in the world.
She has been sober for 20 years and feels that her recovery has informed all areas of her life, especially her work as a nurse and a coach. When she isn’t coaching, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being out in nature and creating more fun, adventure, and play in her life.
