Judgment is learned and passed down. Why is there so much separation and conflict in the world? Perhaps separation and conflict originate within ourselves creating self-judgment and, consequently, we mirror it outwardly. In this episode, we explore some nuances of judgment.

  • Relating to self-judgment in a certain way
  • Why do we judge ourselves?
  • When there’s fear in the space logic gets thrown out the window
  • Judgment beyond situations of safety and survival
  • Accepting judgment as facts
  • Judgment of others is a reflection of judgment of ourselves
  • Seeing opportunities to change internally
  • Being aware of the cost of being a certain way
  • Rigidity of identity
  • Seeing the pattern of how judgment is serving us
  • Rigidity is a breeding ground for judgment
