When’s the last time you were in a state of flow? How would you describe it? How did it feel? When we get a taste of that divine sense of ease, we tend to try to re-create it and reverse engineer our actions leading up to the flow. Interestingly enough, attempts at controlling and overanalyzing work against flow, like trying to swim against the current. In this episode, we discuss nuances of the flow state and our relationship to it.

  • Being present without forcing presence
  • Trying to duplicate the flow state
  • Letting go of control increases the possibility of flow
  • Flow and alignment
  • Overthinking leads to worry and expectations
  • Connecting to what lights you up
  • Inspiration starts from within
