Forgiveness may sound simple, but it’s not easy. And it requires a tremendous range of self-awareness and deep connection to the heart. Self-forgiveness may be the access point to the peace, joy, fulfillment, creativity, and purpose we are all searching for. Therefore, it may be one of the most powerful practices for humans. Said this way, it doesn’t sound so simple anymore.
