We are aware that consistency of action creates habits and can improve the probability of achieving goals. However, consistency can also block you from achieving goals. It is important to be aware of the things with which we are currently consistent. If we want to continue evolving and reinventing ourselves, we need to continue expanding self-awareness of the habits we repeat.
