She is currently serving her country as a portfolio strategist for the Technology Transformation Service after building the Strategy Chapter at 18F. Using deep design leadership experience across industries and business models, she examines challenges through variety of lenses. She connects the varied interests and disciplines working in an enterprise to amplify individual impact and deliver more value with less friction. In short, Gail helps you solve complex problems without blowing yourself up.

Along the way, Gail has been a mentor and coach. She specializes in helping people tailor approaches to the environments they work in and people they work with to increase success. She is fond of saying, “Doing the work well, is only 50% of the job. Responding to context and communication determine the success of that work.”
